About the course

2 separate heavily wooded 18 hole courses with mostly dirt teepads, with a shared hole 19 with an island green. Both courses have long hikes, moderate elevation change, and punishing roughs. It is recommended for those that desire a physical and mental challenge. There are a variation of shot shapes required, many trees to avoid, and the hike will make the later holes that much more difficult. For those that do not want to deal with the physical and mental toll of either of the full courses, it is recommended that you play hole 1 of both black and golden bear, hole 18 of golden bear, 19 shared, and 2 of black bear. Any other holes require long hikes with moderate elevation change in the woods, and rough that gets greatly more punishing. For those with a strong will and desire for a challenge, enjoy these unique treasures in a reclaimed landfill!

Short holes but pretty heavily wooded, not a lot of genuinely easy shots. Definitely keep Udisc out because signage is non-existent and it's super easy to get lost especially on the walk from 5 to 6. Teapads are just ruts in the dirt but like a lot of folks said a little TLC and this would be a really fun short/technical course

Beautiful 19 golden bear course was fun. Some pretty steep inclines to negotiate. Bring good shoes. Short course, but technical and fun.
