About the course

Wild Times at Eagles Crossing Wild Times is the second world class disc golf course at Eagles Crossing, a sprawling and breathtaking 400-acre destination near Hawk Point, MO. While the property’s original course (now called the Championship Course) is known for its world-class challenge, Wild Times offers a very different, more rugged experience — deeply rooted in nature and designed for both adventure and social rounds. Opened around 2023, Wild Times is an 18-hole, par-64 course stretching a little over 8,400 feet. The layout winds through dense woods, over creeks, and across wild terrain, with significant elevation changes that test your control and shot-shaping skills. One of the most dramatic holes is Hole 11, known as “King of the Hill,” where the tee shot requires climbing nearly 100 feet in elevation — a steep, demanding uphill that rewards power and precision. The course’s character is intentionally more natural and less manicured than the Championship layout. Rather than wide, open avenues, you’ll find tight wooded corridors, creek crossings, and rugged fairways that challenge both beginners and seasoned players. In addition to its technical challenge, Wild Times is equipped with solid amenities: Extra-large concrete tees, the Abyss nub-less baskets, directional signage, and porta-potties throughout. Wild Times is rated “hard” in difficulty, and the typical round takes about 3 hours to play. Despite its challenge, the course has earned high praise — it averages 4.8 out of 5 stars from hundreds of reviews, particularly for its scenery, design variety, and overall fun factor. Reviewers highlight its shot variety, tight fairways, and “incredible and unforgettable” holes. The course is expected to be rated at 4.9 out of 5 stars as the reviews started when the course was still in the construction phase. Booking a tee time is recommended. The course is pay-to-play, and there’s an optional day pass upgrade that allows unlimited play on both Wild Times and the Championship Course or call to play 7 days a week. Players frequently mention that Wild Times is a welcome complement to the Championship Course — it feels more intimate, wild, and technical in a way that emphasizes shot-shaping and natural lines. For those who want a scenic, challenging, but relaxed and fun round, Wild Times delivers. Book your tee times online at: https://www.eaglescrossingdiscgolf.com/

You get to a certain part of the course and pause and look around and listen to what disc golf should look and feel like. The views on this course are even better than those on the world class championship course. If you have to choose for a casual round definitely play and enjoy this course first.
