About the course

ATTN: Course is open but considered a soft opening. It will still be a little rough around the edges for the first few months while the fairways get beat in. Tee pads are NOT installed yet, but will be soon. Understand this is not 100% done yet when reviewing. New multi use park with a nice walking trail, playground, and disc golf! Course is designed to be a shorter but fun and slightly technical course that can be played quickly. Several different shot types will be need to score well here. If you can execute, birdies are to be had everywhere. Course designed by 3one7 Discs

The actual design here isn’t that bad although it would benefit from a few changes. For the skill level intended I would say holes 3 and 4 are par 4s. A few of the gravel tees are suffering from erosion and just aren’t great overall. The course is mainly in a low lying area with a creek running through. I played it after a lot of rain the previous day and it was tough to navigate around/over the water several times. Would benefit a lot from some more maintenance although the rough wasn’t as nasty today (winter time) as other reviewers mentioned. I definitely had fun throwing some of the lines (a few were really tricky!) but I doubt I’ll be back. There is potential here at least

It’s definitely better than not having a course, but overall it’s not the best experience playing here. Many of the holes are poorly designed in ways that makes them not very fun to throw, and also it almost certainly would’ve been better to just keep the tees as dirt instead of the gravel abominations that exist currently and are very difficult to throw from, especially on the longer holes. Much of the rough out here is pretty bad as well.
