@m0ngoos
Pretty simple wooded course upkeep is so-so but altogether nice beginner wooded course.
@beaugy
I had a frustrating time playing this because all of the leaves made navigating the course a little scary. Lots of tricky wooded shots, reminds me a lot of Crandall’s front 9. Demands a little more distance than Crandall but my beginner arm was undaunted. Nice signs make it easy to find your way. Tee pads are concrete and a little shorter but are in great shape. I will play again in the summer when the course is a little cleaner.
@donziti
Looks to be a work in progress....but over all a good quick course. Compact layout is both good and bad though.
@hyoomac
Good tees and signage, but some of the diagrammed lines hardly exist because of foliage. The rough is really thick. Overall a good start, and It's gonna be nice if it gets beaten in. But for the moment it’s pretty rough and raw. Detailed review at Discgolfcoursereview.com
@joetiii
Not much variety in the course so if you have a strong forehand and can thread a needle through the trees, then this technical course is for you.
@bcnorval
A challenging course with tight lines. Keep an eye on where your disc lands because of many cracks in bedrock that can swallow it. Two small fallen trees need to be cut an cleared: on diagonally across the fourth tee, the other across fairway nine.
@mashedpokado
Pretty Decent start! I look forward to seeing the rest of the course developed. Hole 5 fairway seems like the only one that isn’t super obvious.
@rory64
Decent short course. Good shot design and variety. Tee signs and signage also quite good. This may be a matter of personal preference, but the tee pads are quite a bit too small. No room for a real run up, just an immediate x step and throw. Would much prefer no teepads at all. Hopefully back 9 tees are larger.
@brandonbmx
Not we’ll maintained fairways. Unclear shot shapes. Hard to see baskets. Tons of poison ivy.
@ibromberg
Great little woods course. Rules at the first tee are excellent for beginning players. Some of the baskets are curiously high. Tee pads are solid if a little short. Tee signs are simple and informative. Locations of the tee signs, and the direction they face is sometimes not ideal. Easy to navigate. Fun variety of shots.
@daveadey0228
Great little wooded course! Lost a Buzzz on hole 6 left side of fairway. If anyone can put eyes on it contact info is on the disc. Will come pick it up! Thanks in advance!
@toekneezy
Easy course if you stay in the fairway. If you get off the fairway it could cost you your game. Just challenging enough to be fun though.
@contompasis
Course has potentional, but needs work. And lots of bugs and poison ivy
@wdigges
Pretty nice for a short wooded 9-hole course. Definitely needs to be broken in but it's getting there. Perfect for lunch break game took about 30 minutes
@dpasek
Groom hole 9 more maybe. Great to have another course in the area though
@frisbeeboy16
It has some potential, but is in need of some love. The layout is interesting, but it was sometimes tricky to find the baskets because the fairways aren’t cleared well. It’s pretty heavily overgrown and could benefit from a handful of trees being removed. The tee boxes are generally nice except 8 and 9 were never finished.
@stoltzie
Poor condition. Hole 8 and 9 drive boxes aren't finished
@jbhadalumpyhead
Coming along nicely. Some interesting lines
@alexyarinsky
I play between classes at Skidmore. Great place to practice and hone your skills. Parts are heavily wooded. There are concrete tee pads and new signs added for this season 20023! Enjoy and please update any old reviews
