Pretty simple wooded course upkeep is non-existant but altogether nice beginner wooded course.

Tee boxes are so short they are dangerous. No run up possible. It’d be 10x better if they never poured concrete. Pads just get in the way. Lots of leaves even if you hit the fairway you can be looking for 30 mins. Basically low power drive to save your ankles, little pitch to the basket tap in for 8 holes. And one par 4 without a fairway. Nice to walk outside though.
