@nicklatella
Nice course. Very peaceful. Lots of long grass outside the fairways so shot placement is important.
@headhunter21
Needs signage. Boring pin placements. Such great property with so much potential. Need to call in someone with basic course creation knowledge. No real tee pads. Need tee pads
@marijuana
10/10 course now that the grass has been mowed. Red is really easy, blue is super hard. Awesome, hard drives and good elevation change
@dakotad117
Course is pretty good layout wise, missing some tee pads and it is QUITE a hike elevation wise, NEEDS MORE CLEAR SINAGE WITHOUT the app I would have been lost. But very nice for a public space I recommend
@centercutpro
Good idea. Grasses make it unplayable
@topher689
You can’t drive to the course :/ Road is closed about a mile or so from the course
@deckbuilder
fairways need maintenance and better marking
@reedteaches
Maintenance is some of the worst I’ve seen. The fairways are nowhere near wide enough, and there’s grass growing up through the baskets because no one has weedwacked them (or the edge of the tee pads, which the mowers have covered in clippings as well). I really enjoy the hole designs, but having lost multiple discs in a round can’t see paying to play here again.
@compizard101
It's a course for intermediate/advanced players. Cons: All freeway grass is narrow and tons of long grass. You have to look for the majority of the holes and your discs. It's effortless to lose your discs. Bring pants before playing. Most likely, you'll throw a disc into the long grass. Pants will protect you from your legs getting irritated. Pros: This hole is great for working on your accuracy, not for long distances. It's huge. There are two tees: red (short) and blue (long).
@timlavarnway
Course needs much better maintenance. 2’ off of a perfect line and your disc is gone. Grass in the fairways needs to be mowed. Definitely not for beginners.
@joeberry
This course is a beast. Difficult and lots of hiking. Tough to stay out of long grass on the front. Unfinished back nine is thick but manageable. It offers a pleasant walk through the nordic and snowshoe trails. Needed udisc to find a few teepads, but most "next tee" signs are accurate. Great property/layout. The first tee is 150ft directly behind the yurt.
@cmorrison1994
a little more work and this course will be a gem, i’ll be updating my review then too!
@snapscot
It's got great Basket placement, at a remote area that is quiet. It is still new but I feel once they continue to deal with the vegetation and they finish the B9 it will be a very decent course in Waterville.
@virgil864
The first 10 holes are great after that not so much do not follow the arrows somebody has spun the baskets it'll lead you down the wrong path it happened to me three times other than that not a bad place
@jfresh
All the baskets are back in and despite half an inch of rain yesterday the course is decently dry considering. Tee pads need work but it’s playing well right now.
