This course is overgrown and they have not done all the maintenance and cutting they need to. Tees are gravel and horrible. Signage is confusing, UDisc map is not accurate. Tee signs should be added as well as a course map. It is a challenging and unfair course, but if they removed some of the smaller scrub trees it would become challenging and fair. This course has great potential, but is not there yet.
@aneskymoe
Great design. Hole 2 short needs trees cut to make over the water viable or just redesign the hole. Hole 3 and 4 need one or two trees cut on the right side of their fairways to make second lines. 7’s long basket could be moved 30ft NW. Hole 8 needs branches trimmed (but don’t cut down the middle tree). Has great potential
@jdubya78
This course is still very rough. Needs real tee pads and the there are a few too many trees on some of the fairways. Because of this, it’s more challenging than it looks on paper.
@opiepierce
Under construction
@jerryhenry
Teepads need to get finished signage put up accurate distances on each hole and matching baskets.
@jharris1288
Pretty mid
@jcporter81
Will be a fun and very technical woods course once the tee pads go in. I’d like to see a few more trees removed from the fairways, but it seemed like there were tight lines to the basket on nearly every hole.
@rundull2396
Hole one ate my bright yellow knight.. other than that pretty decent course
@logan33
Once there are Tee-Pads and sign this will a fun 9 hole course
@typapi
Going to be a good course when they finish the pads. Course can be very technical and some of the lines to the basket our razor thin. Would love to see some more trees removed to make the shots a little more clear. Overall very excited to have this addition to the area

Always exciting to see a new DG course pop up in your area! Kudos to the Round Lake Park District and those responsible for carving out this course! This course is definitely RAW, as expected, but the obvious effort and skill in course design is on display! The mulch-lined fairways are well defined and wide enough to enjoy the flight of a well thrown disc. The pond on the property is utilized well for the first two holes; and all other holes are skillfully placed away from walking paths, swampy lowlands and the new playground. Several baskets look secondhand with rusted chain links, but so be it; whatever it takes to get a course in the ground! Based on the length and the multitude of trees in play on every shot, I’d label this as an intermediate level course. It’s a challenging layout with nothing under 250 feet. No shorty ace runs for us noodle arms or beginners. I was looking forward to a birdie run when seeing hole 5 was listed at 165 feet. Wrong! It’s actually 325 feet. My only critical comment is the lack of one or two holes under or near 200 feet is a shame. An ace run hole is a big attention getter and a draw for beginners. I can’t wait to bump up my rating once tee pads and signage are in place! Hopefully soon…

Great addition to the local disc golf community. Short, technical beginner friendly. Has lots of future potential as it gets more developed.
@adenecke1
Great little course with challenging technical par 3’s. Will be better with concrete pads and signs. Note that hole 5 is much further than it says on UDisc, I measured it to about 330’.
@frankfioni
This course is great! This should not be on udisc now as they are still placing pads and signs, but since someone uploaded it it is a great course but there lacks tee pads which is the main thing for me, still very playable and enjoyable.
@grahamc85
New course, good starter wooded course. Very muddy currently, not a big variety of shots. Mostly straight and very wooded. Should get better once everything grows in.
