This is a fresh course that asks very different questions than the other courses in and around Ballarat. The elevation changes and tight gaps are designed to challenge you and help you develop as a player. There is limited signage and the teepads are currently under construction on a couple holes, so it's recommended that you use uDisc to locate the teepads at the moment. The 9 hole loop is designed to get you from the Club House, to the forest, and back to the Club house. The 18 hole layout will take you into the forest. I'd recommend the following loops in addition to the standard 18. 1/2 in repeat until tired. 1/2/3/4/5/6/19 for an after work round 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/17/18, for when you have a bit of time, but not enough for 18. You can also finish 14 and head up the path to 11 and do that again. Or even finish 11 and head over to 8.

Played the course for the first time today and has taken over Crater Lakes as my favourite course in Australia. Loved the technical lines and challenges the course provides.
@charlduplessis
Amazing course. The amount of work put in so far is clearly visible. This will be world class once it is complete.
@dawrex
The course had great shot selection and good signage but still need udisc. There are some great long par 4's and a few little ace runs. Over all I would definatly come back, and is a great course if you are a just starting or have played for a while.
@haileycoopdisc
Very promising challenging course with interesting lines and a lot of variety
@clubby
signage for next holes need attention and bigger signs. be better have concrete tee areas as vandles have discard some of the hole maps and tee areas.
@katabatic
Outstanding. With new tee pads potentially the best course in Vic/SA/WA. Most enjoyable course I’ve played.
@sebwilliams3rd
Great technical layout. Bring your patience
@lukesch
Super fun course, heaps of elevation shots. A few rough edges that need to be fixed like muddy teepads and dodgy brick steps but heaps of potential otherwise.
@gooberau
Beautiful setting and so much potential. Loved it. The local golfers were very friendly and intrigued. I had to throw a couple of exhibition shots and was given a cart ride down and back to retrieve my discs. Holes 2, 5, 6, 7 are fantastic. Hole 9 is a little funky but understandable given the layout.
@mikeinmelb
Absolutely great course , it’s a work in progress but it’s already very playable and the scenery is amazing , I look forward to returning .
@marlong
This is a very technical and somewhat challenging course on it's way to becoming one of the best the country has to offer. There are options off the tee, tricky greens, and mix of wide open fairways and tight wooded holes. Plenty of putters and midranges are needed in the wooded holes. Use uDisc to navigate around the course and keep an eye out for golfers
@caelan
Obviously still in an early stage, signage was poor and the tee areas were often poor as well (although some seemed to be under construction)! So much potential, my gosh. The actual holes are fantastic, the woods are just gorgeous and the fairways available through the trees are perfect! Loved it. Can’t wait to see it in a couple years time once more work has been done on tee areas and such.
@buddybo
World class course
@pfletch789
Teepads are average. I like a few trees to be removed so I can forehand some holes. It taught me how to backhand better.
@mikevan
Forest holes are great. Hole 9 scrub clean out as difficult to judge carry and for shorter throwers.
@simonf
Great new course, great shot variety. Lots of potential for further development.
@jarrodob
New course, so tees are a bit hard to find. Pretty technical, but a good work out.
