About the course
The Mt Xavier Disc Golf layout was opened in 2024 and is an initiative of the club with the support of the Mount Xavier Golf Club and GUF Ballarat.
This course hosted the inaugural Aussie Masters in 2025 which was hosted across both the Mount Xavier and Victoria Park courses.
--
This course will challenge you in ways that you will struggle to find anywhere else in the state.
With tight wooded gaps, broad open golf fairways, and elevation changes on almost every hole, this course is one of a kind in the region.
There are a number of improvements that Ballarat Disc Sports are currently working on.
- We have completed the installation of permanent teepads on holes 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 thank you to the team at GUF Ballarat for donating the resources needed to build these.
- We are in the process of installing navigational signage to aid players in getting from one hole to the next. We also have course maps at the club house.
Ballarat Disc Sports hosts league days on the First Sunday of each month at 12:30, entry to league days will be $10 and this covers your green fees for the day.
Green Fees are $10 per person, per day.
Ballarat Disc Sports Club Members with the Mt Xavier Disc Golf Course Membership Addon are not required to pay Green Fees to play.
Ballarat Disc Sports Club Members may sign up for a Mt Xavier Disc Golf Course Memberships for $50 per year on the club's website.
