Awesome course, bike or kayak from Slip Disc course parking lot. Beautiful lake and rolling hills views, nice variety of difficulty throughout the course. Challenging uphill terrain at times, beware of trek up the hill to the “Soul Stealer” hole #16. Water and healthy snacks come in handy, pay the $5 park fee it’s 100 percent worth it. Enjoy!!!

This course is not for the casual player. This course is made to be very very challenging, or at the least frustratingly difficult. Bring your A game, both for the countless hills and valleys, and for choosing your line Talk to Matt, hes the man with the plan so-to -speak. He put a great deal of work into this course, tee pads are level, extremely grippy, benches and directional indicators for next tee on every basket. Took 3 double bogeys being too winded to go check the fairway before throwing. Pack your bag full of water, play hidden gem first then the short course if youve got the energy. I'd love to TD a tourney there, but im afraid the chatter would center around its level of difficulty not the great course and scenery.

Walk to course is about 20min. Take a break and get your energy before you start. Bring lots of water!! Great fun until you have to walk to 16. Straight up hill for a long ways. Must be in good shape.

Park at Slip Disc course and mountain bike back to Hidden Gem. Or Kayak down the lake and start at short hole 7 or hole 1. Fun and challenging course. All kinds of shots available. Some holes you have really have to think about shot placement off of the tee and then attack on the second shot, others are wide open and huk as far as you can. I wear pants or gaiters for if you happen to get off of the fairways. It’s a hike but great scenery!
