About the course
A beautiful course in the foothills of the Mendocino NF. Hilly terrain with lots of trees, making for challenging technical shots. Good variety of distances on holes. The course is designed for intermediate and advanced players.
Be prepared and bring lots of water during the summer months. There is a 3/4 mile walk to the course. The road to the course is closed due to staffing issues. Parking for your vehicle is at the Slip Disc course. Please don’t block or park in front of the gate.
For players that own kayaks -
To avoid the 3/4 mile walk and the campgrounds adjacent to the course that are closed to public use. Please launch your kayak at the boat ramp and kayak into the little cove near basket 14. This would allow you to start play at hole 15 or hole 7.
Please respect our neighbor’s property to the east of the course. Don’t trespass or damage his fence.
Please pay for day use and display the receipt on your dashboard.

More flat areas behind the tee pads would give room for bigger run ups. Some over hanging limbs from the trees cover entry to baskets making placement tricky. Some shots are just throw over the trees. Besides those things the course is fantastic and definitely a hike.
