A couple of the holes could use some limbing to make the ceilings a little higher. Fine course when it’s mowed. Baskets are a little iffy here and there,but just fine for a casual round. Dirt pads,average signage.

Looks nice enough at a glance but walking around there’s a good bit of trash. No real tees to speak of either
