About the course
Follows cross country ski trail through grasslands and pine plantations. Elevation changes and vistas abound. Shelter house. Each hole has dual tee pads and dual baskets. Course pulled for snow sports from November to April. City of Madison pay-to-play permit now required for disc golf at Elver and Hiestand Parks. $7/day, or $45/year. Free (no permit needed) for ages 15 and under. Park in the parking lot near the shelters and splash park, then walk across the field towards the hills where you'll find two practice baskets and hole 1.

After playing Vallarta, Hierstand, and Capital Speings, this is WITHOUT A DOUBT the best course in Madison. They have a great variety of holes with the long/short, red/blue baskets. All the holes were fun. Would highly recommend if passing through on I90.
