Steve is a very nice guy. What many people may not know is that his son is a pro player and Steve himself plays in amateur tournaments a lot. He knows a lot about almost all the discs we stock, with the exception of some MVP because the shop recently started stocking more MVP. I’ve bought all my discs here and I will probably buy more. This is also a good place to go if you are looking for custom dyed discs. There are some very cool ones.

Steve is incredibly helpful in not only finding finding the right discs but also in improving your game. The selection here is the best in Ames and very impressive for the size of the shop!

Best disc shop in Ames. Usually has a pretty good selection with a used bin and misprint bin for cheapskates like me. Also has great employees who are very helpful

Cool place but selection was fairly picked over post-season.. Mostly trilogy and some MVP.

Very knowledgeable staff about disc golf. Will help you find exactly the disc you need to fill that hole in your bag. Highly recommend this store. Only knock I have on it is it’s also a bike store (of course) so staff isn’t entirely dedicated to disc golf customers. Still plenty of discs and the staff is more than willing to help when available.
