Goods did not arrive and customer service is exceedingly poor. Avoid buying from Win.O at all costs

I've ordered a bag ($170) from this store online on the 21st of December. On the 10 of January and I'm still waiting my package. No communication only a order confirmation was send. No replies on emails no notification of shipping. Had difficulties on the website when ordering. Ithink I just lost my money. I don't think I'll shop her again.

I ordered and paid for discs back on 7 November. It's now the 1 Dec. No discs. Manger does not reply to emails and is unreliable with the truth when he does make contact. I'm still hopeful of seeing either my discs or my$109.97 returned. I will not be doing business with these guys again. Update. After finding another email address to make contact my order was found and sent. It arrived 2 days short of a month after ordering, but I have my discs and not out of pocket.
