Original twelve are definitely more thought out - an extra 6 were added but mostly play along the road. Great supplement to the Newton area as it is more technical than Maytag as well. Pros: -High quality baskets and the first 12 holes have good cement tee pads -fairways are well kept -open all year even when Maytag is closed for holiday displays -impeccable design (most holes) Cons: -Rough along fairways are pretty unkept in the summertime -back 6 holes do not have tee pads -holes 14, and 18 aren’t very well thought out -can be pretty muddy Overall, 5 stars because this course doesn’t deserve 3.8.

There are a lot of acorns. Course design is a bit confusing.
