Woodchuck Ridge is a fine example of how a course can be designed and improved by allowing the local enthusiasts to have ownership. New elevated turf pads, and excellent printed signage, increase the playability and enjoyment of the course for all levels of users. This 18 hole course utilizes the best of its topography, with holes, moving up and down the ridge and through the woods with a nice variety of pin placements. Though not long, the course demands technical shot strengths to ensure that your layup or putt does not roll farther away from the basket upon hitting the ground. When coupled with another course in the Zanesville area, this is a destination trip worthy of the time investment. Thanks to all who have put in the effort to improve this public course.

Loved the course all kinds of different shots with a good bit of wooded technical shots but also open shots The tall grass honestly makes the course they’ve cut the “fairways and greens which make for a challenge!
@isntlifebeachy
New looking turf tee pads at every hole. Signage is nice and accurate. Pars are probably a little soft but there is a par 3 layout the locals probably play. Good course on a campground
@beerdid1
Played a 1 disc round in 45 min. Good practice course with potential for much more challenging layouts. Tees are either terrible (cement pours were uneven and not well finished) or turf, or not there at all.
@discndav
Finding hole is difficult, it near the first big parking lot on your left then up the stairs
@brianphillips
This place needs some work good bones but needs navigation to next tee. Hole 10 has no pad ko level ground.. needs better mowing as well. Over all holes need tee pads or at least level ground without tree roots
@spuff42
I loved it! A beautiful course with a lot of variety in the holes. As an out of state player, I would recommend to anyone!
@briley14
Would have five stars if they’d keep up with the mowing. It’s ridiculous in some spots. Grass up to your hip and hard to find discs in if you accidentally throw one off the fairway. Outside of that they have definitely done some work to the course with signage and the tee boxes! Some holes have very short tee boxes with isn’t ideal but they look good
@namwenkcid
Matt Jenkins and some friends have put alot of work into this course. There are now turf tee pads on every hole. Signage has been updated and looks fabulous. This is going to be an amazing glow round course too as the tee sign posts have solar lights and the baskets have lights too. If you haven't played this one in a while put it on your list.

Fun course with opportunity for an Albatross. Teepads are "better than nothing"
@kis4kyle
Tee Pad are down right dangerous
@cthediesel22
Kudos to all those who redesigned this course. Not long but a lot of fun shots.
@tpatt003
Tee pads need re-done and finished . Over a year waiting and the first installment made the course more liable to player injury. Installers should replace what they tried to do and take responsibility. They were informed not to install the day they did due to a broken water main and continued regardless. Didn’t finish all of the pads and left things partially pouring and current concrete is not finished nor properly done.
@jalexander24
Need to fix the tee pads. It would be such a good course if they spent a little money.
@yoder9985
Fun course to play. Haven’t been here in a while and it’s great to see more tee pads finished. Thanks
@rocknrev
Great Discatcher baskets! The disc stays in them. Good course for beginners to learn various shots.
@reidlove
They really need to cut the grass down some more. All they have mowed is a fifteen foot wide strip. There is not a fairway. I was throwing good drives that were just fine, and they were getting lost in the high grass/hay.
@boogerblood
feel good course. Tees are less than stellar, but nothing is hard so not a big deal.
