Looks like such a nice course but ends up being very frustrating. Some good holes but others that just put the basket close to rough or creek to add unnecessary difficulty. Keep everything on the fairway, anything off is gone with the super thick rough and creek everywhere. No navigation signs at all so some holes are hard to find without UDisc. Many of the teepads are just marking on walking paths.
@jonnyt123
Overall it to a good park style course with some open holes and technicality. Some holes felt close to the creek solely to add difficulty; I felt this didn’t add much and only made losing discs more likely. Newbies would struggle here.
@junkley
Really great small town course with good views along a creek the whole way. Only downsides are proximity of some holes to walking paths and small teepads
@nathan0795
A course that should be played. The folks who built it also maintain the course. Big props to them!
@blackbox21
I think I liked the course but I don’t know if I would play it again…majority of holes have a stream in play.
@mprimus
I went on a super windy day and still had a good time. A good mix of shots with some risk/reward on shot selection. One of the back 9 holes says "ace run me, I dare you!" but you might end up wet for it. 18 is not a great hole though. I'm not sure how busy this park gets but I can see that being a big safety issue with how much it overlaps the walking trail.
@stevek365
Nice tract. Some water in play and tall rough if you get off your line. Mostly flat, fairly easy to walk. Watch out for path users.
@ko4redsox
Awesome course
@phogphan
Loved the course! A gem of a course for a small town. Signs apparently will be in soon which will help greatly. But lots of variety and shots shaping opportunities. Course designers working hard on cleanup.
@tommydiscgolf
Very fun!
@adkuck
Very solid course, especially for a smaller town. I’m sure it will keep improving. Relatively flat course with a wide variety of shots. Some open fairways w/scattered trees, as well as some wooded holes. A few small creeks and small water bodies make about 1/3 of the holes even more interesting. Many of the pins are placed strategically which makes the course more fun. Navigation was fairly easy with UDisc; a few next hole signs or arrows would be helpful.
@ninjanic
Great little course. I'm not sure who's littering or if it's the wind. A little trash cleanup wouldn't hurt. Pretty cool there's actual springs. Could harvest some water crest
@chester008
Surprisingly great course! Fantastic use of the space and the creek on property. Par is achievable and kind for most players, good tee signs. Some slight wooded, some open, overall a very enjoyable course; nice work!! Only gripes would be that a number of fairways shoot over or around walking paths, and it could use some “next tee” signs. But the park wasn’t very busy, so common sense safety and watching out for other park users is fine.
@mpeters82
Quite a challenging course. Starts with a tunnel shot off the first tee, and the challenges continue from there. Potential for some decent scores, but an errant throw can be punishing. There are a few holes I'd like to see different. One hole has you throwing over a long stretch of rough where it would be easy to lose a disc. The hole coming back across the creek (15 I believe), is a pretty long par 3, especially considering the creek crossing right before the basket. I was happy to take a 4 there. Overall a nice course, and sure to get better with use and once signs are up.
@fraveljason
Def a good course with challenging holes and some technical shots. Def needs signage.
@m1thrand1r
Needs more trash receptacles. Fun course, but hole 18 honestly ruins it. Dangerous fairway using the bike path for the entirety of the hole.
@damenw
I enjoyed the layout until crossing under the bridge. After the bridge there are some fun shots but the layout is poor. The creek is used well all through the course. Be prepared to search for discs or have some spotters. Overall, I enjoyed it and would play it again. Until this course gets beat in though, I believe Stewartville is more worth your time.
@grimreker
Solid 3 once signs are in and final branches removed, has nice pads or marked on the bike path. Met the course designer and signs are on the way and tweaks to any branches in the way of lines will make it a solid course
