This is my brother's home course and he plays it several times a week. I play with him when we go down to visit. We usually start around hole 5 since our kids like that playground the most. It is a lot of longer shots, about half have developed trees. A couple blind throws. Baskets are great. Course is well maintained with real pads. It can be fairly easy to go toward a road or people on 2-4. It is a great course for all levels, though not as complex or technical as a lot of other courses.

For a park course, it was very nice. Big, mature trees. Nicely mowed grass. Decent challenge, again for a park course.
