Very short, putter course. Other than to put a basket on my Udisc map for playing in Ireland, I wouldn't bother unless you were within 30 minutes of the park. The park personnel were kind enough to let me pay and play before it opened at 10:00 am.
@broncofett
The course is for beginners or tourists. There is a picnic area close to 1 and 3 where children will be playing and possibly in the way. Same is to be said about the forested holes from 9-12. We encountered several young children playing and just had to wait until parents scooped them up or the fun moved to a different set of trees. Just a putter and midrange used. It was quick fun but it’s not for anyone looking for more than a putt putt feel to a course. I’m on vacation from the States and it was a quick bit of disc golf in between trips around Galway. I had fun here for what is is
@robottownie
Numbers on the baskets would make it super easy to navigate. Still not too hard to find the next tee.
@dariusprime
Just need a mid and a putter. Some could just use a putter. Staff was nice. My wife walked with me without paying. A lot of other things to do her for the kids.
@agottworth
So so much potential, but the holes are so so short. Could really be redesigned and quite nice. Could do a kids layout and adult
@shine4christ
Great for beginners, very short fairways. Kind of like a mini-golf course. Nicely maintained and great for learning about disc golf. Not really great for experienced players.
@wishbone1
Absolutely beautiful course. Love the fairy forest
@morrie123
Good for beginners and putting practice
@shaungoldsmith
Easy beginners course with not alot of shot variety. In a open field and a few holes in the woods. Would be suited for first timers or kids.
@jimbosprint
Too short for experienced players. Good course to introduce the sport to kids. I donated the discs I brought to help grow the sport.
@shomfeld
Boring little pitch and putt. It's only sell for me was the fact that I was golfing in another country. $10 euros per person with a waiver you must sign, only to be an unattended area with noone checking tickets and children running around the course. Longest shot is maybe 80ft. Baskets are halfway decent and the course is well maintained.
@popmydinkbag
Fun course. Short holes but kept up nicely.
@cullenpatrick
Fun, but super short course. Most holes 60-110 feet
@golfjedi
Cute course for juniors at a rec center. The wooded holes are adorable.
@frantzyy
It’s definitely just a kids disc golf course as every hole is super short but it is still super fun to play. The first 8 holes are all in an open field and basically ace runs. The last 4 holes are in the woods and all tunnel shots. Great practice for upshot’s and putting. Only rating it low because it’s not a true par 3 course and doesn’t have a full 18. Well maintained. The restaurant’s food is fantastic along with a full bar and Guinness. Other activities for the kids to keep them busy too.
@jaypenn
It's super short, but the variety of pin levels and tight forest holes make it lots of fun and gives it variety.
