About the course

Full 18 holes. Seven holes have alternate pin positions and move every few months and for tournament play. Old ball golf course (closed 27 May 19) repurposed for disc golf. Plenty of open air for big shots, but also made technical by mandos, OB, guardian trees, and hazards (sand traps). Newly added short layout for those looking for something shorter and technical. Designed and developed by Andrew S. Ferguson in partnership with 19 FSS Outdoor Recreation.

Played the new Blue layout and I was impressed. Recently a couple of the vets that frequent the course, and have been for some years, gained permission to have three layouts that challenge all skill levels. Red being the beginner, White for the intermediate to advanced player, and a more PRO level Blue course. When i first played the course almost two years ago, only one layout existed. This is now a multi layout course with some holes having 2 different pin placements. Great utilization of the existing cart path to use as tee areas and some well made turf tee pads for some new tee pads on the blue and red layouts. Blue is long and definitely advanced and PRO level. Great mix of open and wooded with some water carries and challenging pin placements. Great use of the old golf fairways that have large oak and cedar trees. Excellent use of the undulating landscape for uphill and down hill shots. Placement shots are key here making it more like a woods course as far as shot shaping and well thought out placement. The wind is indeed a factor. All in all, well designed, tough, and a lot of fun. Enjoyed having the blue layout whoop my ass.
