I live on this course, so I’ll still play it occasionally just because it’s close but it’s far from enjoyable most of the time, usually I’ll just putt which is nice to have although the baskets suck. The layout is super basic and gets boring quickly, with very little variety or challenge. It’s great for beginners, but for anyone more experienced, it doesn’t offer much. The baskets are in rough shape and don’t catch well, and maintenance is seriously lacking. They only mow when the grass is completely out of control, and spots like hole 5 that they can’t mow have weeds knee talk which they need to weed whip (they don’t weed whip any of it btw so around trees has really tall grass as well). The last three holes are just wide open straight shots with no real design or creativity. If they ever decided to fix this place up, those holes would be a good place to start — they’ve got potential, but right now they’re just repetitive and dull. Also I would suggest that they put new baskets in. I will say that home 5 makes the course fun to play as it’s a fun shot down to the lake with water play which gives it a sweet little risk shot! Without this hole this course would be useless and boring. With a little effort, this course could be a solid local spot. As it stands, though, it feels neglected and forgotten, and anyone who’s in Buffalo area is better off just going and playing the course at the nearby church.

Great beginner chorus. Not too difficult. Hole five does play up to the edge of the lake. Some fairways cross walking paths. Small park for kids to play and portable bathrooms. Also a few charcoal grills and one shelter to have food at.
@krleibold
Great course for beginners to feel good about their shots, if you routinely throw over 300ft this is a putter course for you
@fanaticfrolfer
Fun little pitch and putt course. Udisc par is super soft, should all be par 3’s. Tee signs are too close to teeing areas. For what it is it’s a fun course!
@brianphillips
Nice 9 holer.. simple
@rbwalch
Park style nine hole. Wide open shots, not much variety but fun. Hole 5 definitely the highlight, plays steep downhill toward the lake (the basket is within 10’ of the water so throw something that isn’t precious to you). There was a sunbather down there, didn’t see her until after our throws so that added an element of danger, too
@craiger69
The pars should be lowered to all 3's. There's no way i shot a legit -7!! Nice little park style course though.
@calebq2
Great practice course. Better than lots of other practice courses with a great signature hole downhill with the basket perched right near the edge of the water.
@gemengmusic
Good ace run course. 5 is a wonderful shot down the hill.
@argemiro
Playing this course over 20years ago, a DG course staple in MN, fantastic both then and now. Excellent course care, tee signage and tee pads. Thank-you Buffalo, MN!!
@dumpin
Holes 1-3 are more challenging than they look. Hole 4 is a gimme... just don't go down the hill! Hole 5 is the signature hole and it's a beauty. Hole 6 is a blind shot up to the right (don't go over the fences on the right unless you want a $500 tetanus shot..). Holes 7-9 are air field practice. I feel like the other raitings are too low for this course. It's well maintained and while the holes are short (200-300 ft avg), it's a better experience than other 9 holes in the area. Give it a try!
@ummyaumm
Not much variety. It doesn't seem much time was put into designing this course. Hole 5 is cool though.
@jonnyt123
Hole 5 is awesome. The pars are way off, but the course is still very good!
@stonedigidy22
Ok course. Pretty short except for the last 3 holes which are all pretty much the same. The lake hole has a nice view.
@prestidigit8tor
Hole 5 is cool with a difficult shot down to the water but the rest is just open shots through the park. More of a beginner course especially with how generous the pars are. Good warm up or cool down course for Buffalo Covenant.
@dsk666
Good beginner course. Also someone’s favorite place to let their dogs take dumps without picking it up. Managed to get crap on both wheels of my cart. Watch out
@yocolin
Don’t overthrow hole 5. Had to retrieve in the lake. Great course though.
