We liked the course! Not a lot of parking. Easy to run through the course quick. Lots of sage brush and a few lizards. The tee boxes are clean and easy to find. Holes 1-6 run near a creek with some pretty thick greenery, so keep left there. If you throw a disk over the barbed wire fence, there is an opening at hole 9's tee box.

Solid fun little course to stop off at. Free camping (3 day max) at the start right on a creek. My husband aced hole 3

Fun little 9! Couple short ones couple long ones. Creek is a little in play but you’d have to miss far right to get there. Would love to try it again sometime when not raining 😂

Hole 8 and 9 should both be par 4's.

Distance on hole one is off, but the rest played as expected. Fun course up and down the water canyon.

Fun course. There is an opening in the fence to retrieve your discs by the basket at 9. So don't jump the fence. 😁 As a newbie, I of course, sent my disc over the fence on 8. As well as almost lost a disc in the water. But overall, enjoyed this course and WOW - the course is worth it for the views themselves! We didn't have a problem finding the tee pads or baskets. Pretty easy layout.

Beautiful little 9-hole track through a canyon in the high desert. I played just before sunset and it was gorgeous. Keep an eye on your disc until the very end—very easy to lose out here. Dirt tee pads with a little gravel were fine, but a little slippery.

Water Canyon Disc Golf club on Facebook. Post lost and found and find other people to play with.

Good for a quick stop to stretch and use the bathrooms (which are at hole 7 and not near hole 1). Teepads are more of a loose sand than dirt, not level and should’ve probably just been the regular hard pack ground. The first 7 are uphill and feel longer because of the 5500’ elevation. Water was really moving and presented a small danger if you overthrow although the scrub brush grabs discs easily. It’s good for a desert course in the middle of NV.

Challenging due to the thick growth off fairways. Great views while playing. Enjoyed playing, all the way from Pennsylvania.

Great potential. Horrendous tees if you can call them tees. Tricky terrain but easy to follow but you need spotters. One other negative too many local idiots going 40 on the dirt path dusty you out. Amazing baskets . A little out the way to break up the drive might play it again to see if it meets its potential.

Nice baskets, but barely a course. Most just poles to mark a teepad and baskets in bad locations.

Not for beginners, fairways are basically footpaths. But great scenery

Not terrible, but I wouldnt go out of my way for it. Simple shots, Disc get lost in brush easily. Great camping location tho

Fun 9 hole, tucked in canyon. No tees but marked, nice baskets.

No tee pads but good baskets and decent terrain. Only golf within 100 miles and a fine stop on your way through the area.

The course is playable but you can't complain with a small town disc golf course.

Absolutely overgrown and I don’t mind playing on courses that have Sagebrush fairways. This was 6 foot weeds and not flat spots or tee pads for throwing. Just a waste of 9 good baskets! The condition said good a month ago, so also be cautious!

A review/rating from a beginner's perspective: Long walk from parking area to the course on BLM land. Holes wind through tons of sage brush (making it very hard to find thrown discs) and being further treacherous with high winds. Not my idea of a good time...
