@docmobius
A bit foggy but expected.
@ryuon0
Played first 9 green holes. Last 9th hole not there. Very long grass, very steep mountains. Windy at top. Long course. Hiking required. Saw people playing a different course closer to the carparks. Not sure which course that is. Looks more of a standard disc golf course.
@cjoutwide3
Tough, rugged loved it.
@pokedadead2
Good fun, long grass makes it hard to find discs so keep your eyes on it
@calumt
Fun course - make sure you have a spotter and watch the wind!
@getyourdiscout
Brilliant!! But gotta watch the wind! Great fun
@sikong
Tricky in a strong wind!
@cursedrhino
Champagne course was available for play
@owen123
Played the beast, bloody tough for a beginner but really enjoyable. Recommend for a bit of fun.
@lukekruse1
This course is beautiful, maddening, fun, and never dull. Absolutely essential to play as a group to help find discs. Played 2 rounds here on holiday from the USA and didn't lose any even in swirling wind the second round, but we definitely spent 20 minutes+ each round searching. Not recommend for beginners. The green tees are more than enough challenge for any amateur. Truly an awesome NZ experience - playing over sheep paddocks, sea views, and brutal terrain.
@woooow
Very tall grass and big hills discs are lost easily Holes are difficult, fun if you’re looking for a challenge
@hartyboytyler
Teepads need to be cleaned of animal feces. Fairways need to be mowed. Quite a few blind shots into long grass. Many holes play on very steep side slope hills. Some holes play along electric fences.
@stormsecho
Fun course but as other reviews state, overgrown at the moment. Spotters are required to not lose discs
@toxicmanflap
Spectacular. Long grass and pretty challenging but my favorite course so far
@scootawells
Played champagne 9 today, changed alot shorter and less hilly shots over obs swallow discs play well wide and clear otherwise kiss goodbye to that favourite yellow driver of yours 😢 to the disc gods
@hanafiz
Careful of the dead sheep
@mrhenrypearson
Brutally difficult, but a wonderful challenge. Bring plenty of water. I lost 1x Latitude 64 driver (orange) and 1x RPM fairway (purple) down right side of #15, 90m and 140m from advanced tees respectively. Please text if found :)
@gibgibbington
Beautiful coastal course, well put together - ka pai! ☀️🥏 definitely challenging. Spotters recommended.
@foley1969
So good, very challenging with lots of elevation, championship course is a true test of your DG skills, when the wind is lite top 3 course in NZ. Champagne 9 is just as good with birdie Opportunities on most holes, bring your swimming togs in summer for a swim in the warm east coast water.
