About the course

The course is under going some work. Red tees are being added and two holes have been changed and need to be added to the map. The course is OPEN, but until the changes are documented on UDisc, it will technically be under construction. On Vergennes Union high school and Vergennes Elementary school grounds. The course winds around the athletic fields. Tee markers are pavers set in the ground. Tee boxes are the grass around the tee markers. Minimal elevation. Hole 1 blue starts on right of retention pond fence. Baskets have blue and white tape pointing to next hole. Tall grass and rough plays as OB. Mando markings coming soon for several holes. A new walking path was put in during 2023. This path plays as OB. This effects holes 10-16.

Nice to have longer holes (I found much of the Blue layout footage to be listed as shorter than the actual hole) to throw drivers on. Some elevation and a few holes with some technical lines, but mostly repetitive long field holes. Also very integrated into school facilities and would be tough to play with anything going on, even in the afternoons or weekends.

Not easy to find your way without the app. It interferes with a lot of play areas and playgrounds and even crosses some dangerously. No tees, no signs. Not a big fan. However, I like the design and shot variety, but It’s difficult for no reason with a lot of unmarked bounds.
