@broskvald
A fun and well designed course for beginners and experienced players hunting for them aces. Good tees and baskets. Probably in need of some local disc golfers that can help out with maintaining the course, trim bushes, pick up trash and cut the grass on the fairways. Don't think there is any store in town that sell discs, so I left some discs on the first tee for others to try the game. Hope other visiting disc golfers can do the same.
@tvdwiel
Nice beginner / intermediate course. It is well maintained , only some teesigns were missing. We give a disc to one of the kids. They need more discs to grow the sport.
@pippiph00ray
Location is very convenient near city center. It has open holes for beginners, some tight lines for intermediate players…advanced players will find multiple ace runs with a nice score under par. For a short city-center course, it’s a pretty good layout
@carolinajoe
Beautiful course and great use of the limited space. I love how it’s in the center of the city and very walkable from downtown.
@cyrus007
Fun beginner course. All holes between 60 and 100 meters but fun woods and some elevation.
@scolanto
Nice baskets and tee boxes. Tall grass, picker bushes made it harder to play. Best course in Montenegro.
@puaahunter
Fantastic, fun, beginner-friendly course. Every hole is well thought out with an interesting green and/or gap to hit. Avery Jenkins clearly thought through all the details and then executed on them. Bravo! When I was there, the grass was long, but the wildflowers were blanketing most of the course, so I can forgive the sheep for slacking on the job! It looks like the city is planting some new evergreen trees along Hole 5’s fairway, which will really make it difficult to play. The basket for Hole 8 is still in the straight position, rather than Avery’s preferred right position where the benches are. (I see why he wanted it to the right.) Lastly, while it’s great to see a high-quality course in a new market, there’s no place to buy discs in town, which will limit growth potential to those who are connected to local disc golfers and/or Crossroads Church. That being said, their pastor, Vukasin, is an absolute gem!
@samcerote
Cool, beginner friendly course. Hole 15 in particular is unique and a great use of the space. In my experience, Avery Jenkins knows what he is doing when he designs a course. Easy to navigate, nice flow and several holes where you need to hit the gap. Grass was a bit overgrown(and sharp), tee signs and pins where vandalized and the course was littered with trash. Would be 5 starts if there were a local club helping maintain it. Love that the Paul Mcbeth foundation is making courses in developing countries but without the local presence of a disc golf community it’s difficult to maintain integrity. Hopefully with this established course here a community will grow! Beautiful drive from herceg novi and totally worth the trip.
@patoink
I would give 4.5, but there was a LOT of trash on the course. Hole 15 was definitely my favorite.
@adaminator
Very pleasant experience. The course is in a very nice park, although there was some litter at some holes. The holes are shorter which is great for beginners but perfect for more experienced players as well, they can concentrate on the accuracy of the throws, which is needed here. Some really nice gaps you need to hit.
@nolanmanion
Really fun course with a lot of straight gap shots. Tee pads are excellent and it's easy to find your way through the course. Had to wait a little bit to tee off on 14 while a herd of sheep did a little course maintenence but it all played into the beauty and uniqueness of the course.
@jur0slaw
Awesome and fun course. A lot of ace run holes. Tons of great views. We played just after maintenance so all of the greens were trimmed. There are a few holes that are close to huge bushes with thorns, where it's hard to retrieve discs. You can also come across sheep, but the holes are very close together so you can skip one hole and return after.
@jraypritch
Great work by Cross Roads church for the course cleanup/maintenance!
@benpalm
What a special course, right in the heart of Niksic! Worth the drive to come and play! Fun for beginners, challenging lines for advanced players. Good opportunity to introduce people to the sport, as there are lots of people walking around.
@elgobo
Fun and good layout for location. Definitely worth a trip. Needs some upkeep but that’s part of the fun. Pants or high socks a good idea lots of thistle.
@sicktus
Stunning course. Hole 16 and 17 are a bit difficult to reach, uphill, rocky and high grass. But I thoroughly enjoyed playing a round here!
@paveltyulkin
Great, well designed course. Short but tricky holes. Like it very much
@maxdal
The course is great ! Very fun holes, short but technicals. You should come here if you ever come to Montenegro !
@mariss
Course is well meinteined. On instagram or facebook of trebjesa discgolf is possible to buy disc with trebjesa picture for memory.
