Fun course if you like longer shots, be ready to play in wind. If the tee pads were replaced I would put this as close to a top 5 course in the area

Recommend a bag and not a cart. The grass is cut, but very thick. Hard to pull a cart at times. Pads aren't as bad as they may appear. Sturdy enough for a heavy person to tee off without any issues.
