This course has 2 major strengths, the elevation and the views. The elevation playing up and down the ski run and over valleys is amazing and makes the course kind of techy. The views you get of Telluride while playing are top notch and you might even see some wildlife. The pads are ok, I think I prefer a turf pad over the stardust which will navigate and washout in spots. Baskets were decent. There is a really long walk approx hole 6 or 7 that's almost a quarter mile. A few holes play in the woods and imo that's all it needs more of to be a 4☆ course. Bring water!

T boxes were just fine compared to other ski area courses I’ve been to in Wa. Nothing too hard nor too easy. Just a nice day for a mini hike, DG, and great scenery.

Great course playing up and down the ski slope. First three teepads are great but after that they start to go downhill in quality. There are some decent shot shapes but definitely favors having a right forehand or lefty backhand.

An incredibly scenic course, but really mediocre teepads, and subpar signage. Much of the shot design is pretty bland with a few exceptions. Far from the best mountain frolf, but if you’re looking to disc it up in Tellie, it is worth doing.

Many crossover pins and tees with 1-6, 16-18. Beautiful and spectacular views. Wow.

The tee pads are not great and they detract from the experience of what could be a great mountain course. Signage is accurate but needs some tlc too. Very steep but it’s a ski resort so that’s to be expected. Still an enjoyable round.

For a mountain course I thought it was great. Tee boxes are a little small, but only a few of these holes are long enough to require a full throw anyways.

Left handed players wet dream. Little shot variety and small tee boxes. Checks the box for telluride having a course

Rating & TL;DR: - 3.5/5 Stars - Player level: Intermediate - It's a fun little course 18-hole course tucked away in the mountains of Telluride. Prepare for a hike and get ready to look for the next tee and the beautiful sights! The Good: - Disc rentals available from the shop near the parking garage - Each hole has a designated information post - Decent shot variety - Unique course shape offers some fun hiking opportunities - Clearly marked baskets with large white flags above them showing the hole's number - Public use bathroom available on hole 7 The Bad: - Can be difficult to find parking as the only free parking is a 5 minute walk from tee 1 and is located in a parking structure that is often crowded - Frequent high winds can heavily affect gameplay - Several holes have steep declines right behind the basket making it a chore to retrieve overshot discs The Ugly: - Most tee boxes are either facing the wrong direction or are entirely non-existent - A majority of the baskets are not visible from the tee box (they are however marked on the information post for the hole) - Little to no sitting areas available 09.13.2024 ~ xjazc03

It doesn't get more scenic than this. Almost every hole has a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains that make it so you can't have a "bad" round, no matter how bad you're playing. Complete will ski slopes, mountain bike trails, a grocery store, and a free gondola, this course is a must play.

All these 5 star reviews are from people that dont know what they are talking about. There is no reason this course should be rated over 3 stars. They are either newbs or havent played many courses. Its the only course in the area. Teepads are slippery dirt and cant get a full throw without slipping or getting hurt. Most of the holes are the same drive over and over, rhfh. Really boring. All the rocks will ruin your discs too. Better off going to ridgway, montrose, or cortez. This area needs more courses.

Course has potential if crew would focus on things that directly affect gameplay such as tee pads leveled, being orientated in the correct direction and baskets leveled.

The best part is the views! The mountains are a spectacular backdrop! The shots are pretty normal for the most part. Hole 18 throwing under the bridge is cool though.

Place was super awesome. Only confusing one was towards the very beginning and it resolved super quickly by some locals. My son loved the hike and the course was unique especially for a person from Texas.

Beautiful course. But prepare to hike and lots of inclines! It just makes the shots even better

I managed to fall in with a couple of locals; had I not I would have had a hard time finding a few of the baskets. Like other reviewers have pointed out this course has tremendous potential. I'm sure it will continue to evolve into a world-class course just like the ski slopes. Definitely worth the trip to play.

Great open course with big elevation changes and a couple woods holes. Five stars from me if they add concrete tee pads
