Pretty fun course! Some of the fairways need to have a fairway, but I doubt that’ll be changed. I enjoyed myself.

For sure if you're in the area come play this course: lots of shot variety and a pretty piece of property. The owner is friendly and welcoming. That said, I gave the course a 4.0 for several reasons: 1) pads and baskets need updating. Baskets are old Mach 3s that are very difficult to see and do not catch well. I know the old school guys love them but basket visibility is reason enough on a woods course. Tee pads are carpet/Turf. I appreciate how large most of them are, but many are not flat or smooth, and really need to be leveled. 2) course design: this is a fairly old course and at times suffers from an electric shot mix. Some holes, based on Udisc (which often does not match the tee pad signs) are very short par 4s and 5s, one is listed as 283 p5, in heavily wooded and hilly areas. Then, there are a number of 400+ ft par 3s, some uphill, that only a small percentage of players can challenge for birdie. Maybe that is the point, but it makes for uninteresting shots for most. 3) course layout: the hole lines overlap on many open field holes, and confusing baskets is easy to do. 4) this is a private course that costs $10 to play. I would be less critical of a public course, but the bar for pay courses if getting high in terms of quality and upkeep, such that if you expect people to pay then delivera top quality experience. Again, MUCH to like here, but love to see some refinement happen to really max out this great tract.

Awesome course, not rating a 5 because lack of signage and direction. Bring food/drinks

I like the Whipping Post a little better, but the tandem 1-2 punch of these 2 courses remains unparalleled. One half of a must play destination course complex.

Love this course. It is World Class in my opinion. The distribution of pars is exactly what I've always felt disc gold courses should have. Basically the same as ball golf courses. Mostly par 4s, some par 3s and some par 5s. The all par 3s concept so that players need not do math is ridiculous. Adding and subtracting of single digit numbers is too mentally taxing for players? Come on! Anyway, love both course here. They're brutally challenging, but so rewarding when you score well on a hole. The location of this place makes it somewhere I don't often come out to play, but when I do it's a treat.

A good time, but very challenging. I also went swimming for my disc in the pond on hole 1.

Wonderful piece of land. Demanding technical mixed with open bombers. Difficult but fun on a remote and stunning property.

Really unique course, very long compared to what I'm used to. Great views and really well designed disc golf holes. Highly recommend if you're anywhere near this remote location.

Impressive mix of bomber holes over rolling pastures and tough-as-nails holes in the woods. Rural and very isolated. Several non-descript holes. For more details, read my review at wwwdgcoursereview.com.

Really quality course with very cool people. Tight wooded lines. I didn’t think the drive was as bad as other people seem to. Use Google maps, not UDisc. Ask for a map and bring extra water.

I’ve been coming to Paw Paw since about 2000. It’s one of the most wonderful and memorable experiences of any disc golf course you will ever play. Current course conditions can enhance or perhaps make the round a bit rough. Gnats have been brutal in some visits and non-existent other times. Seems like early spring is always an ideal time to come with the grass low, flowers blooming and little to no bugs. The OG course has been around 25+ years and should be on everyone’s radar. Bring water.

Incredible layout with well manicured fairways and beautiful views. Requires technical shot shaping and a lot of throw and pray in the woods. Open holes have distance. Stay and camp, play all 36 holes on the property!
