About the course
This course is still a work in progress while the dam is under construction. It’s is fully playable as a 9 hole or 18 hole loop. Concrete tee pads and the remaining baskets will be installed as soon as the construction allows.
For the time being, we have a 9 hole loop that has two options on each hole as well as a safari layout for those higher skilled players or those looking for an extra challenge.
Short baskets are a great option for beginners or those looking for a recreational outing.
Long tees and baskets are more of a challenge and recommended for those intermediate and above golfers.
The safari layout is a true 1000+ rated test. For the few who are willing to take the challenge.
Thank you all for your patience and be on the lookout for more updates through the end of the year.
History
This course has been a passion project for a few years. It finally came to fruition with the help of Mayor Matt Easter.
Greg Blankenship got the ball rolling and Evan Downey and Dallas Craft set the initial layout.
Greg and Dallas have been working to get the course ready. And they will be making more changes and installations in the next few months. Ideally the course will have tee pads and be fully playable by spring 2026

This is going to be one of the best in southern Ohio. Still under construction but when it gets done it is going to be a gem. Very family friendly but yet challenging.
