I loved being able to play the same holes as seen on tour and get a real appreciation for their play. Overall I'd say it's a difficult course, but mostly due to the length and not as much the tight technical lines.

Great course, loved that most of the holes are actually on the tour event. Wish it was all but I’ll take most.

Beautiful property along the Mississippi. A mix of wide open, wide fairways, and a few woods holes. The wooded holes are fantastic, and a handful of the golf fairway holes are nice, but the open stretches from 6-9 and 14-18 aren’t particularly interesting. Distance helpful to score well, needed from Longs. High water risk. Good tees, but poor signage so you’ll need the GPS map. Overall: Very Good, top 20% of 344 courses played.

***** championship level course. Must execute. Very beautiful. Might be most beautiful course I've played. Started with red Fox which was a great warm up for timberwolf. Wow wow wow

For a pro level course it felt like paying any other pay to play course. The distance is what attracts you

Nice course! I would play it again if I'm in the area. Thanks for hosting me today.

So much fun to play some of the same holes as the Preserve championship! Hutch at the pro shop was happy to take time out of his day maintaining the property to chat with me about the going’s-on. Bucket list course did not disappoint, well worth the trip. Everything was well mowed and kept, rough wasn’t bad, approaches were trimmed, fairways were fair (august 2024)

Teepads- either turf that’s smashed into the ground because there’s no foundation underneath, or 50 year old uneven cart paths. Trees on every hole in need of pruning with a pole saw Teesign distances off by 50ft or more on multiple holes (hole 8 listed at 280’ when it’s barely 200’)

The upkeep could use some attentention as many fairways had thistles, large dandelion plants, and other weeds. You could not readily see your disc that landed on some fairways unless you were right above your disc. The tee signs were faded and had information altered by sharpie and one of the tees had the DGPT sign for the tee, where the 15 was crossed out and changed to 13. There were entertaining drives, and the nice look of 16 above all with the trees lining the tight tunnel. Overall not the experience I was expecting based upon having seen footage of the course on tour and then having to pay to play the course (only $10 so not too steep, but free courses we play are better manicured).

Beautiful property, and the course has some decent challenge and variety to it, but the upkeep and amenities are shockingly poor. For a dedicated, pay-to-play property, I expected the course to be well manicured and the on-course amenities to be better maintained. Unfortunately, the holes were littered with weeds and tall grass, the teepads were poorly marked and not great quality, there were very few trash cans, etc. Even the free 9 hole public park courses in the general area are better in these regards than the Preserve. It's disappointing that the upkeep here falls short when there's no recent tournament.

Beautiful property and awesome DGPT location. I was pretty disappointed that the Timberwolf course was not set back up after the DGPT event. Unfortunately looks a bit "hung over" out here

Great three courses Cale. Wolf is a great capstone. Fun to work in some of the pro holes. Finished all 3 in a day and feels great

Favorite course, by far. Me and some friends did come home with 4-5 ticks each, we think we picked them up on Red Fox. Definitely my favorite course, regardless.

Played Lynx and TWolf, and both were badly overgrown, hasn't been mowed in weeks.

Really lacking in upkeep in weeks not leading up to or immediately after The Preserve Championship. Still a well designed course, but is slowly declining.

Holy hell this is hard! They did add a couple benches... Get ready to lose a disc or two.
