Tee pads are fantastic, but seem wasted with too many short non challenging holes. This place has potential but lacks quality course design and shot variety. Baskets are nice also, hopefully they can make some alternate placements to make it a little more challenging or interesting. There are a few wooded holes but they are short enough to just go over the top. Specifically holes 5-8 should be consolidated, with hole 5 being an easy over the top shot. Hole 6 has good shape but too many trees in the middle of the clean line make it nonviable. Combining hole 7-8 would make for a great par 4, as of now 7 is just another short filler hole. While the longer holes offer little challenge in non windy conditions.

I believe this will be a dynamic course upon completion. We had a little bit of difficulty navigating, mainly due to (lack of) visibility of some baskets from the tee pads. However, once familiar with the layout I think there are some really interesting shots. Put simply, I look forward to playing this course again.
