Course has a little more beef than typical shorts courses. Just under 6k feet. Great shot variety. Not many Ace Runs.

Beautiful course. Decent shot variety. Mostly open. Would recommend. Needs a little TLC.

Incredible property. Unique shots on many holes, but the property puts this course at a high level. Paver Tee pads. Use the UDisc map, can get confusing finding holes. A lot of blind shots, will be much easier to play the second time. Different basket brands for a lot of holes. Could use a little upkeep, teepads still not in on long holes, but the whites is an awesome course. Lots of walking. Worth the play!!

Do not play the blue tees! The rest of the course is pretty good, although kind of hard to navigate

Favorite course I’ve played in Knoxville, amazing shapes and fun holes, can’t wait to come play again.

I liked it more than I disliked it, but the gist of the negative reviews is accurate. Wonky layout, long tees nonexistent, lots of either short or long baskets missing, some long walks between baskets and tees. But it was my first time playing it. I can see it being enjoyable if you play the course a lot and know if you're going to be playing a short basket or a long basket. Surprising variety of shots given how the course preview makes it look like it's a completely open course.

For some that may not know. Baskets 7 & 17 are in long positions atm. If you are on 17 pad. The pin is dead straight to the right across the ditch near 18 pin. 7 pin is dead straight beside the pine tree on right.

As always fun course, use UDisc to navigate the course layout.

Great course that could really use some updates and upkeep. Short teepads are great. The long teepads are MIA and the baskets are very mixed. Its mowed and weed eated just often enough the branches and tree situation is pretty good.

One of the better courses in the area. Great usage of the terrain. Some of the layouts and pin locations are more challenging. +300 is a must to have a chance at birdie.

A bit muddy at the moment but a great course. Bring water and snacks cuz it’s a long one. Well worth it though.

Barely playable with the lack of maintenance/high grass and absurd amount of bees in every fairway Update: solid course in the winter

One of the best courses I’ve played. Only things that could improve is directions and mowing the grass. I’d have been lost without the UDisc map, and I about lost a couple discs on the fairway. All in all, great course.

Needs better bench placement, and kill the dinosaur in the water.

This is the best course in the area. Easily top 3 in the state. True championship caliber course in Gold layout. Only drawbacks are poor signage, no restrooms, and the grass only gets mowed twice a month. Currently, the course looks amazing.
