@gobbler7
Very underrated in my opinion. One of the best courses in the Richmond area and a true challenge to shot par from the monster mash layout. Get good at this course and you’ll be a good player. It’s really not hard to find the pins. I would assume a lot of the poor reviews are coming from players who didn’t like how hard this course was and had a bad time.

@zuhkee
Barely any maintenance, enough for fairways. Terrible signage. UDisc somewhat inaccurate.

@calvinc44
Fun course, don’t listen to other reviews who are rating on UDisc but not using it I guess? Pretty intuitive if you follow the map on here. Some of the open shots get repetitive but otherwise a good challenge

@skyjuice
Confusing as far as what tee one should use. I like the technicality of some of the holes a lot! Better tees and some signs and you got yourself a four star course for sure

@tremper
Course is big. Fun if you are ready for a challenge. Right hand back hand friendly. Great variety compared to smaller Richmond courses
@andrewfauth
I really like this course. The longs are very challenging. I appreciate the effort in putting in new tee pads, but hate the design of the new ones (U shaped with wood at the end of the teepad boxing it in). Navigation can be tough the first time you play it but it’s worth your effort.
@nrjudson
Super long narrow pathways through heavy woods. If you can’t throw straight, you’ll be throwing out of the woods a lot.

@abeckler22
Besides hole 14 & 15 the course is less than .5 stars. If I could give negative stars I would. Needs a full redesign and some serious maintenance. Also not a real layout to match the teepads. So there is no real way to keep the score on the app.
@bfarnum
Pretty technical course. Front seemed harder than the back. Good times. Lots of scouting required for first timers.

@xvrmlchrt
Needs teepads, signage, and regular maintenance to meet its potential but the layout itself is always fun.

@cptfury
Good course definitely has a lot of potential. If they just put in T pads I think that would go along way to improve it. Oh I definitely recommend going with somebody that knows the course sometimes it’s a little bit tricky to navigate.

@himynameisdave
Incredible course. Just overgrown and not well kept.

@djtommyp758
Would be best course in RVA area if it had proper tee pads, but in terms if the the shots, and design... absolutely amazing.

@letsgopens
Play the smooth layout for the best experience. Not great navigation without U-disc but still possible. Tightly wooded shots and a couple of wide open holes. Would totally recommend this course super fun and my favorite course in the Richmond area

@grahamgolfs
With the recent updates to this course, including maintenance, a fresh layout, and hole restructuring to coexist with the walking trails, this course deserved a better rating. Offers a great mix of woods, open, and elevation changes. Two well-thought-out tee pad options. Lots of fun to be had, and worth the drive!
@skapes
Maintenance needed, some tees need repair, overall still very fun and challenging course.
