Great brand new course. Signage and maps still needed but the posts are there so signs are on the way. Cell signal is lacking for AT&T/GSM phones so download the map before you get to the park. Front 9 and back 9 are completely different courses. I just happened to meet the guy who installed it and he appears to be a very strong driver because his par 4s are 150ft longer than any par 4 on my local courses. Not complaining, just be ready to heave it. For the novice I recommend just playing the front 9 twice. For the veteran: ice your arm afterwards. On hole 4, try to drop your disc before the basket or else you're going over the edge for a bad time. The lanes on holes 8 and 9 are fun, my favorites on the whole course.

This is going to be a very good course when it's done. Offers a good mix of open shots and technical shots. I'm excited for the pads to be done.

We played the front 9 while visiting family. Definitely a tough front 9. Great use of trees and pretty scenery. Good variety of shot shapes. Saw a deer while playing and our dog loved the place. Tees were flags that were not always obvious. Must use U-disc for map. Looking forward to seeing it as it improves with tee pads and signage. Some 3D printed “Next Tee” arrows on baskets would help. Overall we had a great time and I’m so happy to see that Blakely has a course. We will definitely play again when we visit. FYI for locals you can check out parking passes from the library and avoid the $5 parking fee.

Baskets are installed the ground. Fairways are cut and course is playable. There is still work to be done as far as installing tee pads and signage, but course is playable with UDisc app (you will need it to navigate course). Tee areas are marked with white flags. Fun slightly shorter more technical front 9 with a longer back 9 which gives you an opportunity to really let some fly. Just watch out for the tall grass!
