** Activity Waiver & Release of Liability By initiating a scorecard or playing a round at this course on or after 10/14/2024, I agree to the terms below. I voluntarily choose to participate in disc golf activities at Chamberlin Outdoor Sports LLC (96 Porter Drive, Fulton, NY 13069). I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks, including the potential for personal injury or property damage, whether caused by terrain, weather, natural hazards, equipment, other players, or course conditions. I hereby release and hold harmless Chamberlin Outdoor Sports LLC and its owners, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. If I am the parent or legal guardian of a participant under 18, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily allowing the minor to participate and that I understand this waiver does not waive the minor’s legal rights but serves as an acknowledgment of the risks involved. I certify that I (or the minor) am physically fit to participate and responsible for my (or the minor’s) safety. I understand this waiver applies regardless of whether a fee is paid. Participation constitutes digital acceptance of this waiver.
