Played for the first time this past weekend. It's not a bad course. A couple of holes had some awkward lines and I got turned around for a little bit trying to find basket #8. It's to the left per signage, but has the number 0 on it. I thought maybe it was basket 10 at the time and the 1 fell off. Again, not a bad course.

I almost didn’t try this course out because the rating. This is a great course, HOWEVER, it is not beginner friendly lol. I loved the shot and distance variance but it could get frustrating quick if you are not accustomed to throwing technical lines or knowing when to just play position golf. This course should rated 3.8-.3.9.

Nice course with lots of potential. Needs a little TLC but a fun challenge on every hole.
@jenn
Short course if you’re in the area. Tee pads are small, but totally usable.
@kurdelski
Most of this course doesn't make any sense. There are lines that are not how discs fly other than forehand rollers. It's like someone has an idea and they just abandoned it. Relatively unfun. But I heard two owls hooting at each other which was cool.
@hancockrich
This is an incredibly challenging course with a few poke and hope holes.

Small tea boxes
@rraystarcher
Tea pads very short.

This is course #78 for me, and I’ve gotta say it’s probably the least enjoyable course I’ve ever played. Contributing factors: - The walk between 3 and 4, 7 and 8, and 17 and 18 would’ve been impossible to find if I didn’t have udisc. - The majority of the holes were blind baskets, which wouldn’t be as much of a problem if I was a local, but as a first timer, I didn’t enjoy not really knowing where I was trying to go. - Most importantly, the hole design is ATROCIOUS. Hole 7 had a literal U-Turn. Half of the holes didn’t have attainable/discernible lines for birdies at all, it seemed as if a basket had just been placed in the middle of hundreds of trees with no thought on how to get to it. Almost half of the holes had a nearly 90 degree dogleg that was nearly impossible to hit correctly. I do not take leaving a negative review lightly. I’m not sure I’ve ever rated a course under 3 stars. However, this one deserves it. All in all, was it a serviceable course? Yes. Is it the only course in the area? Yes. If it is all you have, it will do and I feel for you. However, this is not a good course.
@kdickson
Overall a fun course. Hole 2&3 are just long straight and pointless. It gets better in the woods but it can be hard to find where you are going.
@twagner1990
Challenging to say the least...oddly laid out...my kids gave up after the 4th hole...might be more fun once my game improves...but it is a disc golf course!
@bookiecrook
The only worse course would be no course.
@cmthomp
Really Soggy on some holes.
@ging3rfr34k
Would like access to bathrooms
@bambam
Great little course and Best course in McMuffie County...You will use every disc in your bag... fun course

The course has a nice mix of short, long, open, and wooded holes. Some of the holes have extremely tight fairways and doglegs that can be extremely frustrating during the first couple of rounds of play. However, the more you play the course, the more you come to enjoy or challenge. The tee-pads are short and can affect long run ups. There is a long walk between some of the holes (3-4, 7-8, 18-1) , so direction signs would be helpful for navigating the course. Birdie putts are possible on all holes except hole. Hole 8 has been cleaned up and a birdie is more achievable. Some additional trees have been taken out to create wider lanes, which have improved the course overall.
