1st 9 hole wooded - back 9 fields - nice choice for practice.

@lothda84
Some of the lines need to be cleaned up. Just try to miss 1000 trees on the front 9.
@iamfishman
Not a bad course, not great, but enjoyable. My only gripe was that the 18 didn’t feel like 18, but rather 9 and then 9. I would guess that the original line through the woods was a city project by someone who doesn’t know disc golf and the back 9 was added later by a different person

@discgolfcraig
The layout and flow are a mess. On a short course, I threw at the wrong basket far too many times due to overlapping holes, misleading tee pad direction, and multiple baskets in view. • Front 9 is fully wooded but extremely tight and overlapping. Hole #5 by the creek is the most enjoyable and creative, but holes are packed too closely to be consistently fun. • Back 9 opens up and is clearly better. #10, #11 (once you find the correct basket), #14, #15, and #18 provide the most variety and interest. • Hole distances feel inaccurate, with several listed lengths not matching how the holes actually play. • Tee pads are generally in decent shape, but signage and basket visibility repeatedly create confusion. • There is clear potential here. With proper redesign and club involvement, this could become a solid short course, but as it stands, it is easily the weakest of the Rocky Mount courses.

@mikelennett
Like everyone says there's a lot of trees, but what fun is it if all you do is throw the same open shots. It was good trying to find lines playing this course for the first time. It's so short even a bad t-shot can still end up a par 3.

@jnewhall
Some fairways need widening or a tree or two removed to make a more evident fairway in the first wooded half, but a very nice course overall! Good variety in shot types and shapes (tunnel, big hyzer, short-placement, dogleg left, dogleg right, S-shaped, wooded, open). I will definitely play here again and wish it was closer to home!

Gets muddy after it rains, but usually nice. Most of the holes are short and tight, with some hard hyzer lines and two longer holes. Some of the baskets have started to rust but still work well. Mostly well maintained. Hole 11 has no sign for it. Overall, good course and a fun play! Good for both experienced and beginner players

@calebheath05
Great for beginners like me who easily loose discs. It is easy to find them here!

@bigbear
Fun short technical course. Could use some stick pickup but no complaints otherwise.

@averagenebo
Enjoyed the course, some of the pads are covered. And some of the post were missing. Course needs a hair of tlc. Other than that enjoyed it. Glad it’s in Rocky Mount.
@henryastyron
Great course will test your short game
@feefeev
Great fun small course . First 9 in the woods tight . Easy to follow . Would play again

@nikweber14
Well kept. The front 9 is heavily wooded. The back 9 is more open. Nice beginners course.

@antfinney
Course is really fun with a few challenges. Still a great course!

@zman04
There’s a ditch that runs through the front 9 and there are lots of trees on the front 9 but other than that, pretty fun course
@charlenenchris
First 9 close together last 9 more open shots. I like this course way better than the sports complex center.

@drgreen5241
Go to course. Quick round and really help work on those touch shots. Especially now that all baskets are back in place. Fun course and the woods are nice during these super hot days to help stay cool.

It’s aight … meh
