Fun 9 hole course located inside of a neighborhood. Shots vary between 200-300 with slight elevation coming into play. Not much shade. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.
@easystreetben
Desperately needs the grass and weeds cut on holes 2-8. Very nice signage once you get to the tee pads but the pads are about half the length they should be. There was definitely effort put in to the signs and baskets, just hoping the grass gets cut sooner than later.
@drfrisb
Very solid neighborhood course. Well done on design for safety and for challenge. Overall, definitely worth playing.

Classic denver metro. Only obstacles on the course are wind and sand
@gsbarton
Could definitely use some mowing. And the rain has washed a lot of dirt onto the tee boxes.
@frisby24
Really a nice course layout. The teepads could be a bit longer and one of the tee pad signs already fell over. Could easily be expanded into an 18 hole course with all the space available. Excited to see where this one goes, it will be really nice in the summer once the vegetation grows and the dirt hardens. The signs need to be poured deeper and the ground is still soft so I imagine it just ripped out of the dirt.

Great short game course, just a Reactor and my nomad for -5 first time here. Plays along houses in private neighborhood so be considerate.
@lucaswill696
Great course for a quick game! Baskets are not super close to the houses, mostly flat with no major obstacles. Would be a great place for beginners!
@pagehouse
Extremely fun course to work on mids and putting. Groomed fairways, tall weeds around the fairways. Winds through a neighborhood. Small concrete pads to throw from, Good 3 step approach practice.
@mzdfly
Always better to have a course than not. Tee pads super short. Course is completely open. I like the creative exaggeration of the tee signs though.
@maverickmarkus
Nice open course with good views but dirt and weeds for most of the course.
@brady3737
Has potential. Short tee boxes but lacks grass so tends to be muddy after rain. Enough sidewalks to make a fun ob line
@spoely
Not bad at all. It'll be interesting in a couple of years to see what this course looks like with all the growing vegetation.
@poopoofatty
Typical neighborhood course, not much in the way of obstacles or distance but brand new boxes and good signage.
