Top 10 of the 9 hole courses I have played. Great elevation and different types of shots. Not super easy as one might think. Glad I stopped.

I love this course and play it often! But I would not consider it a beginner-friendly course as the description on here says. I’ve played most of the courses in the metro area and this is one of the hardest 9-holes I know of. It requires tricky shot shapes and has significant elevation on many holes. I suppose the short tee pads would be more beginner friendly, but Moir, Wabun or Rosland would be better options for true beginners. This course has some teeth!
@matthewfossum
Short tees are great for beginners, while longer tees require a bit more shot-shaping and distance.
@gloper13
Well designed mix of wooded and open holes. Great tee pads and nice shot variety. Well worth playing.

Throw down 1 to only throw up 2 then back down for 3, ? Flow is silly Also zero tee signs and no navigation 😞
@dscheap
“Pro” layout was a little boring. Some tees were very easy and others were near impossible.

Too much brush
@brockdavis
A fun par 3 course with some good variety packed in. Good use of the park. IMO the most challenging 9 hole in the cities. Holes 3,4,7 and 8 seem nearly impossible to birdie, unless you can putt well from circle 2.
@johnnygamealot
Good 9 hole, 2 pads to make it 18, holes over 300ft.
@tholton
Pros: Fun layout with several elevation holes. A lot of open holes, with just enough obstacles and woods to make it fun for every skill level. Good quality tee pads and upkeep for this time of year. Cons: Could use better signage and baskets. If you're playing for the first time, you'll be doing a lot of extra walking to find the baskets before you throw. Also, lots of holes have you tee off right next to the freeway with cars whizzing by (not my favorite thing)

Fun, fairly easy course. Easy to navigate, could use some better tee signs though. Some fairways are a bit too close together.
@jonnyt123
Overall, it’s a good course with some further holes. Tees are too close to baskets on many holes, tee signs are very needed, and some new baskets would be nice.

Bring bug spray. Mosquitos will fly away with you if you don’t
@dahimps
A decent course during the start or end of the season, but way too buggy during the summer months. Place I leaned to play, and has interesting design for a free 9 hole. Very friendly to RHFH throwers. Good warm up or quick nine to play on lunch or when in the area.
