One star for being one of the worst courses I’ve played. Don’t waste your time here.

Way too much overlap and backtracking. A few fun shots. Nice baskets. Tiny rubber mat tees with signs diectly behind smh. Flow is bad. Some very short and a few long ones. 3 you aim right at a playground.

Very much enjoyed the opportunity to play this beginner to intermediate level course. After playing this game for 25+ years I have a very clear understanding that signage, tee pads & not to mention UDisc are very much a luxury /or amenity of the game nowadays so I never expect the perfect course, layout or amenities. The maintenance and course upkeep on most Disc Golf courses can be a lot. Absolutely no complaints in regards to this course. (#9 Basket was definitely a good signature Basket) I would like to thank Southwest Minnesota State University students and staff for providing this Disc Golf course in Marshall, MN!

Good first course for the area. 3 of the holes are really good. 5 are good. 3 are ok, and the other 7 are pretty bad. Some fairways overlap; dangerous. Same with baskets near each other. All of the tee pads are garbo with the sign directly behind them. It seems like a little thought went into some the holes. If more effort was put in to course design and more of the land was better utilized, this could turn into a great course.

Distances on posts do not match app. Posts block tee box making it hard to throw

Confusing Layout, Signs are incorrect

The layout is impossible to follow. You MUST use UDisc to find the next hole. Signs are terribly inaccurate. They just installed a playground near holes 3+4 making them unplayable. SMSU does not care about this course. Do. Not. Play.

Course is very difficult to navigate. Good course for beginners. This course will frustrate experienced golfers.

Bad tee pads and post location. The par number on the posts is somewhat ridiculous. The layout is a little confusing as well. But it has some unique challenges.

The course has improved in the past couple of years. All 18 holes have there own tees and baskets and the maintenance crew keeps it well groomed. However the signs are still outdated and useless so you need UDisc to follow the course. The tees are not designed well so you are best to use the grass next to the tee. The course has a lot of potential but still needs more improvement. As a local I have been updating UDisc with the easiest course layout to follow.

Course is virtually unplayable. Needs a lot of help. Used to be fun when it went through the nature center 5+ years ago.

Poor upkeep. Layout is terrible and extremely difficult to find which tee box goes to which basket. Map on UDisc must be ancient! Whoever is responsible for this course needs to get their act together. Has potential to be a nice fun course, just needs a lot of TLC.

Signage and baskets are placed incorrectly, a few baskets, signs, or numbers are missing. Fun course overall!

One of the worst courses I've seen. Bad condition. Ridiculous short tee boxes. Poorly marked. I walked off after 3 holes because as to not train myself into a strange throwing motion with the short tee boxes

Course layout is bad. The only advantage is that the layout allows for practicing very specific shots.

Signs make no sense. Poorly laid out. Missing baskets. I guess it's mowed sometimes. I usually just go to practice. It's a course that you will find hard to lose a disc playing.
