@calumm
Love the course, prepare to throw over and near water a bunch and to hit a tree 80% of holes. Lots of tree trimming needed but great course lots of fun
@leterrip
Could use a little mowing. Need a map for the first few times.

Insnaly fun course for Louisiana, I had a great time. I was not expecting it to be this fun! I played it twice since it was so fun. Only suggestion is the red tee fairways need a little bit of trimming of trees and branches. Blues were great.

Signage and tee pads are excellent. Good shot variety and very nice scenery. Flow of the course is a bit odd in a couple of places but not terrible.
@stevenbest
Great course with beautiful scenery right on and around the lake
@anacapa7
Some holes don’t have clear lines and still need a few trees cut

I should’ve played this course first. instead, I thought Hippie Point would be a nice, casual, warm up 9 for the full 18 after. By the time I got to SouthTB course I was wore out! This course was fun. Some parts are still confusing to me... Course lacked flow. Long walks between holes were annoying. Some of the ideas for holes were questionable. Not as many holes placed along cliffs compared to HP. That was a relief. One thing that grinds my gears is seeing other holes’ baskets around another holes green. Confusing to which hole the player needs to be playing too! Playing on hole 3. You can see hole 5s basket directly behind hole 3s basket. A course design faux pas. You should not be questioning which basket you should be throwing at. Hole 11 seemed long and unnecessary. Espically when you factor in the walk to hole 12 after. Silly! Same for hole 14 to 15. And hey!! Hole 14 blue might be the best shot on the course. Bummed the red pad for 15 was 117ft. Blah. The last few holes of this track were unmemorable. Which is a shame. I would’ve loved to have both these tracks leave a better taste in my mouth. On a positive note. The tee pads were solid. The tee signs were installed at a safe distance from the tee. The signage seemed accurate enough. Even with all that said I will be back. Eventually. I see the hard work put in on these properties and I realize this is only temporary. I know in a year or so, these layouts will blossom into their full potential.
@kendeloach
New course with many obstacles left on the ground. Many many trees with no discernible fairway on most holes. There are gaps to be hit, but to call it a fairway is stretching it a bit. Distances are not bad.
@alexandermarq06
It was a great course but just a bit messy it should be alright once maintenance takes place but overall a great course and a great views and shots over the water!
@carlyboricua
Course is great, since its new its messy on the griund but once it dries up it will be fine. Bring disc extractors lol. Lots of water around. Beautiful course and layout.
@dune23
New and needs some clearing but awesome
