@cchristner
It's about what you'd expect for a disc golf course built on an old golf course. Having said that, it is staffed by some extremely nice folks and there's a neat little burger bar on property. Definitely worth the trip just to play and hang out in what is now a very quiet little town.
@mcforzig
Ryan, Matt and Jessica were very supportive and knowledgeable with rules and regulations of the course. Had a great time even though my game was off!
@bogeyjoey
It follows the old golf course, and that is its story. Wide open fairways, except for 2-3 holes. Fun for what it is, and I’m glad the community has it. Great beginner course, even if some holes are long - they won’t lose a disc here.
@davidthao86
Well maintained and beautiful course. It is quite a hike of about 3 miles with plenty of shade for a break.
@toe718
Really fun can’t wait to play here with no wind lol we will be back for sure ! Great time!
@jsagnone
Just played with my son. Top notch course, totally worth the drive from Roseville. It felt like we had a private course to ourselves.
@faderwars
I enjoyed it. Long walk with hills on the back 9. Bring water in the heat.
@thethinair
Jake keeps everything Well maintain and up to date! He kicks ass
@raininstormwake
Smart layout distances are definitely not accurate, several of the par 3s were 500 ish or longer. One was 536. Would be nice if that was accurate since when I share rounds it looks less cool parring these difficult par 3s. Overall I really like this course! Nice elevation changes, views and upkeep is pretty good.
@lyubik
Super long but wide open course.
@evai34
Design of course is pretty good. A lot of weeds though, so it could use a little work. For the most part, an enjoyable course.
@huntertimm
Super fun course, gotta walk through a lot of dead grass but also a wide variety of shots
@thurlbert
Great open course lots of long tee shots, definitely a work out hiking up and down the hills.
@headflood
Geography is awesome, with good curves and bombers.
@wiggyjiggy420
Huck City baby! The current layout (8,231ft total) is a beast of a track. 9 par 4s!! Definitely requires some serious throws off the tee (350ft+) and accuracy in the fairways (<200ft). Hopefully this layout will be the same when I come back but even the shorter positions look fun. It's a good amount of walking. If they could have carts that would be the one thing that I would improve. It is on an old golf course. Worth the 2 hour drive in my opinion (from Sacramento).
@tomshort56
This is a great course for a novice. Some pretty long holes ( I played with the holes in their easiest positions). And ups and down. I did not get into trouble so I like the place even more
@noahdodge
Lots of variety with multiple pin locations that are changed periodically. The course terrain offers some elevation changes. Most holes are open shots with greens protected by either trees or the OB cart path. Most holes are pretty long so it will test your distance game. With all the OB on the course, If you can stay in bounds, you can shoot well on this course. If you have a pull cart bring it, this course is a long walk. Bonus points for a pro shop on site as well as Izzy’s restaurant.
@osustuntman
Really fun course. More of an open feel but great to walk and play.
@flamingdonut
long bombers, uphills, a couple technical shots. awesome course. big future for this place i think
