The negative or critical reviews are correct. Tee pads are poorly marked, unmaintained dirt or mud. Some Fairways throw over others and cross walking paths for students. Considering the size and amount of green space on the campus, they could have done much better. It is very pretty with the lake, and if classes are out the foot traffic is not a major factor.

Missing tee signs, no tee pads, and a terrible layout make this course a forgettable one.

Lost a damn disc in the water. If there wasn’t several inches of mud I would have been able to retrieve it

Fairways overlap and can cause some confusion. But a fun small course. Would play again.

Short and fun, fairways cross slightly so try to come when it’s not going to be busy with pedestrians

Good hole design but horrible course design. Baskets too close to teepads and playground equipment.

Fun course but there are a lot of walking paths that cross the fairways so it could be hard to play when SIU has students on campus. Tee boxes aren’t kept up well.

Great little course, lots of trees and different shots, can get pretty busy during school time. Needs official Tee Boxes to avoid confusion.

Adding concrete tees would make this course awesome and adding signs for baskets 10-18 would be extra extra helpful. The trees make for great obstacles and it’s nicely shaded too.

Small course. Lots of foot traffic and throws can end up on another holes fairway.

Fairways are well maintained. Some holes don’t have defined tee boxes. Could be long wait times if there’s lots of people walking in the park or other players. Baskets could be replaced since some are bent up. Other than that there’s good lines through trees giving many different looks at baskets.

Decent course, easy to find discs if they go off the fairway. Lots of trees requiring a variety of shots. Signs on every tee! Downfall is you have to wait to play because of walkers, pinics, bikers, etc. its on a college campus with highly used paths all throughout the course

Like distant between tee pads, didn't like that the baskets were bent and that the grass was a little higher than desired, but overall a decent course

Course is well maintained. The course is pretty easy and makes for a good quick game.
