Good mix of elevations and pin placements.
@troypierce
Fun beginner course, well laid out, many hills and trees.
@smither76
Good upkeep nice concrete tee pads!
@mlander3
Very beginner friendly course. Be very careful throwing on hole 8 due to the parking lot on the right with all the student cars
@robnunn
Technical short course with some fun shots. Great for beginners because it’s hard to lose a disc on this hole, unless you throw it on top of the generator on hole 9

I attend school at this University, and I have to say, this course is a really pleasant little course and I can easily play three rounds without getting bored. Watch out for bees though! The sign is missing for hole 4, but the scorecard is available from the WIU website. Mandos are marked on the signs of 6 & 8. I codesigned the Safari B9 to add onto the F9, and it really makes the course a fun 18 hole course to play.
@ikerid13
kept up well. Pars need to be 3 for the course though.

Time is catching up with this course. The whole area needs manicured. Limbs hang low over tee pads. Where once you could throw over trees from elevated pad, the trees are now too tall for an effective shot. As the WIU has declined so has this course that has only been mediocre in its best years. Perfectly serviceable for beginners and folks with lowered standards.

Hole one is a straight uphill shot that is a confidence boosting birdie. On the contrary, I’ve never seen Hole 2 birdied in my life. Holes 3,4,5 really use the hill and well placed trees to make these moderately difficult holes. Hole 7 is t feature hole of the course. Beautiful down hill open crush shot that you will want to throw 3-4 discs for. Hole 8 usually cannot be played when college is in session because you have to throw over the parking lot. Fun, small 9 hole course.
