About the course

24 Holes up and down (x2) an old ski hill from many years ago. It's a hike! Summer Disc Golf and Biking/Hiking/Running trails. Winter tubing (somewhat recently) and XC Skiing/Snowshoe/Fat Tire Bike trails. Great use of elevation changes, good variance on hole distances and line shaping. AMAZING scenery, wildlife galore, 3 holes on bluffs overlooking Lake Michigan and a +600' downhill bomber par 3 down the ole ski hill. A few fairways have narrowed and tightened up with new growth and the 2025 ice storm bent limbs and trunks creating low ceilings on a handful of later holes. Rough remains rough on some holes! Earthen tee pad areas with new tee signs, bright orange arrows under most baskets pointing to next tee with a smattering of "next T" signs that assist navigation.

Difficult course with elevation changes. No tees pads but the baskets are in good order. Tight lines and long downhill shots. The rough is everywhere so keep a sharp eye on your disc flight. It's a super fun course and recommended to play.

Being from Texas and also knowing the limitations of the area, this was a beautiful course. But, the tee areas are bad and there are a lot of blind shots that truly make the experience exhausting. I unfortunately can't say I had a great time, but I'd play again if it had tee pads or turf and it was mowed. There's potential here, just none that I see happening soon.
