@lonhart
Gate was closed on Friday, July 11. It’s an eight minute walk up from the gate.
@zachbabka
Poor way finding and overgrown fairways made this tough to play for the first time solo. UDisc layout was rarely accurate
@judesierra
Difficult to see many baskets, signage was pretty good, except when missing. Lots of potential but difficult to play solo and not as a local. Challenging mountain golf, especially in the par 4/5 positions. Technical and long.
@88dayss
Fun course and technical lines to hit in order to score but, playing it blind and solo was very difficult. Signage could be better and better pin indicators (i.e. flags, painted baskets) Would play again for sure.
@azollars
Took forever to find baskets. They need to be painted & have flags or some other marking so they stand out in the shadows. Made a special trip up from South Lake Tahoe only to find out that there was a tournament that wasn’t shown on UDisc.
@stealthcorp
Tough course for a first time here. Lots of elevation and trees. Hard to see baskets if at all from tees, lack of defined fairways and uDisc not accurate for the baskets. Never did find basket 4 for some reason. Good but could be better.
@chickenonabun
Most UDisc hole lengths not correct for current pin placements. Update - still true 6 months later, this course needs a UDisc ambassador
@mnmarquess
Several holes don’t have fairways but are throw and hope. Other than that great course. Scenic, lots of elevation, and different shot types required. UDisc was inaccurate. Course signs were in general.
@c2baer
Enjoyable mountain course, mostly uphill shots with heavy trees. Pars and basket placements doesn’t match at most holes so be aware of where the baskets are. Other than that, a good workout while slinging discs.
@bogeyjoey
Fun course Tee pads could use work. The fairways are fair but the trees will punish you.
@jasonmurak
A wooded course with a lot of elevation. So much potential here to be an incredible course, it just needs a little help in the navigation department. Almost none of the holes were in their UDisc locations, so have patience looking for the baskets. I’m also not sure on when the gate to the parking lot is open but when I played it was closed at 3pm on a Monday.
@sportjester
A wide variety of pin placements and finding some of them was a chore. Great layout once the pins were found. Very tight and challenging lines with nice altitude changes. Best benches ever. Coming back in a few days with course knowledge. Can’t wait. My Fitbit says 3.8 miles but probably less than three without all the pin hunting.
@baileybrown15
Love this course. Great shot shapers course.
@benpalm
This course is okay. And that’s all. It’s not a bad course, but it’s not a great course either. There are some fun shots, but it certainly is lacking fairways. Too many “poke-and-hope” shots. You MUST have a spotter to play this course. UDisc is horrendously inaccurate and desperately needs an update. Teepad locations are mostly accurate, but basket locations, distances, and even pars are off.
@jacksonh91
Great tough course in tahoe, not heavily trafficked, be ready for a hike and hunting for discs. Lots of par 4 variety shots that tahoe as a whole doesn't usual offer. Bring water and snacks, no available bathrooms as well.
