About the course

Beginner friendly nine-hole course, located along the Rock River in Loves Park, IL. Course winds through beautiful mature trees, course is mostly shaded.

History

In 2020, inspired by a object course by Chris Mathos, Mark Boesen and Chad Hoffman approached Joni Denker of the Rockford Park District about a family friendly nine hole course and by Sept. of 2021 the course was open. Big thanks to Barry and Seth Maxwell for cementing sleeves, Joni Denker for working with RPD, the local disc golf community and area business that sponsored baskets.

Very good for beginners and also for non beginners wanting to practice short-mid range accuracy. Overall very good first impression

Awesome 9-hole course, well maintained baskets and tee pads are recycled turf which is good for the environment. Overall very fun and would recommend to about any disc golfer you know.
