@jmk5704
Muddy as around the baskets
@joem72083
All straight wide open holes
@elaine60
Most holes were open with some large old trees scattered about. Some mild elevation. It’s a basic city park. There was some alternative hole (A-F) in the woods that I didn’t have time to play. They looked fun and more challenging. I was very disappointed in the layout, seemed a bit dangerous and confusing to me walking from the holes to t pads. Just seems like there could be a better a safer layout. I gave it a 4 star, but it’s more like 3.8.
@natedoggg30
I think a 4 is generous. Tees are fantastic but that’s about all that’s nice. Baskets are nice for a park style course but it’s boring wide open park style courses. If the lettered holes were more of the course, it would be much better.
@msheddan
Nice park style course with Alt tees- and some extra holes in the woods. Great tees / baskets- could just use more shot variety. Worth playing if in the area
@klaux11
Fun open park style golf with some alternate wooded holes. Worth the visit for sure but
@wesleyskiles
Good course, lots of similar shots.
@icefire016
The front nine could be planned better. The first time playing you get up to the teepad on hole one and you see five possible baskets to throw at.
@ianrice
Great park style course. Tons of fun! Don’t expect the bathrooms to be open!
@rathe6
This is a fun course if it’s not busy. Unfortunately the holes and tees cross-cross significantly, so players on completely different holes can unexpectedly cause backups. You have to be very cognizant of who is where.
@maui10
Great course. I played the Blue 24 hole layout. Had a good mix of bomb/flex/technical & short holes. Only complaint is the signage could be more accurate on distance. Maybe some arrows pointing to the next Tee location. It was my first time playing the course so I had to heavily rely on the UDisc dot arrow to walk towards the next tee on a handful of holes.
@butleb1
Nice course. Only thing they could improve on is to have a way to show where the next tee is at
@tplatt98
Nice course that can definitely be described as beginner friendly! Pretty open with many mature trees on the front nine
@kasey84
I would love to see new baskets put in. But other than that Shoaff is a great course to bring new players and is still fun for experienced players.
