For a temp course this is beautiful!
@tfuhrmann
Very pretty city park that absolutely does not need a disc golf course in it. Fairways cross walking/jogging paths. Pedestrians seemed annoyed with me and I felt the same. 6 baskets with 3 tee areas for each. The second tee area felt like it was just 20’ to the side of the first one. Basically the exact hole over again. I heard good reviews about it, but I don’t get it unless it was walking distance from my home. Travel a few miles for a better course that is safer.
@bamavick88
Beautiful park, only 6 baskets with 3 tee areas sporadically marked with yellow and orange markers. Must relay on app to find tee areas. Several holes feel the same.

@jkupar
No tee pads. Some yellow markers here and there but good luck finding them. Just 6 baskets. The course suggests you play them 3 times from slightly different spots. Talking about boring… not to mention the large groups of people smoking weed all around mid-day. I won’t be playing this one ever again.

@roadto501
Six baskets. Lots of imaginary lines and little colorful tee markers.

@jmroberts
This is a temporary course so expectations for signage and tee pads need to be low. Setting that aside, the layout has some interesting tunnel shots and obstacles. Definitely potential for a solid nine hole pitch and putt here.

@irbium1
Not the best. Temp Axiom baskets. No tees or directions. Just a lot of criss-crossing. Okay fir a practice round but skip it otherwise.

@welbyj
Fun beginner distance course with good variety of shot shapes. Definitely worth checking out if you are newer to disc golf or if you live in the area.

@stellarsteph
Community Park - needs trash cleanup from the community BUT the organizer(s) are phenomenal, accommodating, informative. Thank you for hosting!! Lots of fun!

@donx07093
Great event and even greater course. Ian has done an amazing job with the course.
@lancecrabtree
Awesome course! Dude who sets it all up is a real stand up guy. We are new to the sport and he came up and introduced himself, showed us the course, and even came up and offered us some free discs to use in our future disc golf endeavors. Really praying this course becomes permanent soon.

@rock824
Fun for a pop up course. Will definitely be back!

@discgolfer26401
Good design for such a small area. Great use of the trees. Thr city should really consider making this permanent.

@regulator
Thanks for setting up this temporary course. Lot’s of fun shots.

@ryanchilders
A lot of fun for a temporary course. Really great for beginners and a lot of fun ace runs for more serious golfers. Thanks to everyone that set this up. Let's get a disc golf course in Shelby Park!
@klawofodin
I think Ian did a good job of throwing together an interesting course with existing park. Hopefully the city let's this project continue. any problems are temporary ones. fun pop up. my 3 year old caddy quit out on me after whole 3 but would love to play it again.

@realshawndunn
Awesome to have a temp course at this park. Thank you Ian for installing this track. I look forward to playing it when available.

@ianwalton
This is a pop-up course that is hopefully going to be getting a permanent solution. Great little pitch and putt course.
